artifind.net is operated from lahore, pakistan. it's a small independent project, not a venture-backed company.

by using the site, you're agreeing to these terms. nothing fancy.

it is a search engine for small pakistani businesses. we find them on instagram, organise them into categories, and surface the ones that fit what you're looking for.

it isn't a marketplace. we don't sell anything. we don't take payments. we don't ship anything. we don't run escrow.

• one account per person, please. real email.
• you're responsible for what happens on your account. don't share your login.
• we can suspend accounts that are abusive, spammy, or impersonating someone.
• you can delete your account any time.

be a person. don't:

• scrape the site, hammer our servers, or run bots.
• harass businesses, leave fake reviews, or spam their dms.
• post content that isn't yours and pretend it is.
• try to break things on purpose. (try to break them on accident — we'd love a bug report.)

any pakistani small business that fits our scope can be listed. listings include public information from instagram (handle, bio, recent posts) plus anything the business has submitted directly.

are you a business?

• want to be listed → fill in the list your business form. we review every submission.
• want to update your listing → email us with the changes.
• want to be removed → email us. we'll take you down within 5 business days, no questions asked.

• the artifind name, logo, design system, and code are ours.
• business content (photos, descriptions, names) belongs to the business that posted it on instagram. we display it under fair use for the purpose of discovery.
• quote and screenshot artifind freely — just attribute us when you do.

we link out to instagram, whatsapp, and business websites. when you follow those links you're on someone else's turf, and their terms apply. we're not responsible for what happens there.

we curate carefully but the site is provided "as is". specifically:

• businesses come and go. a listing being live doesn't guarantee the business is currently operational.
• prices, hours, and availability are whatever the business has posted publicly. always confirm before you order.
• we don't vet quality, authenticity, or honesty. a listing isn't an endorsement.

to the fullest extent allowed by law:

• we're not liable for anything that happens between you and a business — disputes, late deliveries, broken items, ghosted dms. take it up with the business.
• we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages from the site being down or behaving weirdly.
• our total liability, if any, is capped at whatever you've paid us. you've paid us nothing, so this is mostly hypothetical.

these terms are governed by the laws of pakistan. any disputes go to the courts of lahore.

we'll show a notice in-app on your next visit when terms change. for material changes we'll email you and give you 30 days before they take effect.
